This community is open to those who have completed a six-week Embodiment Workshop. Together, we learn to inhabit the body more fully, deepen our awareness, and discover what becomes possible when we return home to an embodied experience of ourselves

Sunday community practice is offered freely. If you feel moved to contribute, a gift of $10–$30 per session helps support these gatherings. You’re welcome to make a donation below when you register to join us online.
